It’s that time again! On Sunday November 5th we will again unite together for more martial arts action at the home of SVT Knockdown The Martial Arts Centre Long Eaton.

Alongside our usual coaches such as Sensei Andy Rotherham 4th Dan Kyokushinkai karate & Liam Harper-Camm 3rd Dan Kickboxing/Shootboxing we will also have guest instructors making the journey to share some fanstastic techniques and training approaches with all of us.

10-1pm with the first 2 hours focusing on techniques and the last hour as is now tradition spent sparring under A-Class SVT Knockdown rules.
